Set aside an “obsession time,” whereby you allow yourself to think about the forbidden thought all you want.For example, think of a white bear and a zebra at the same time and see what happens. If you’re given two things to think about, your concentration is fractured, and will give your brain a small break from focusing on the unwanted thought. ![]()
